Lacrosse
This is the 23rd anniversary of Lacrosse Camp and we look forward to teaching lacrosse players from our area. This is a great opportunity to learn lacrosse if you are new to the sport or to improve your skills as a returning player. This camp introduces the techniques of scooping and cradling, new skills, refines the basics, and provides some game play. Learn the rules of the game in a fun environment! Taught by Paul Deppi, US National Lacrosse Boy’s Youth Coach of the Year for 2009! Participants are encouraged to bring their own lacrosse equipment, although the instructor has some. 

Location: Veterans Park, 234 Durham Rd, Newtown, PA 18940 (field behind the red barn, near the pavilion)

General Notes
  • Beginner lacrosse players should bring the following equipment: Boys need helmet, mouth guard, and gloves; Girls need goggles and mouth guard.
  • Advanced lacrosse players should bring the following equipment: Boys need helmet, shoulder pads, mouth guard, and gloves; Girls need goggles and mouth guard.
  • Participants are encouraged to bring their own lacrosse equipment, although instructor has some.
