Summer Camp Registration for 2025
 
Registration Dates:
  • For Newtown Township Residents: January 6th at 6pm
  • For Returning Campers (Non-Residents): January 8th, at 10am - MUST CALL TO REGISTER
  • For Everyone: January 10th at 10am
Camp Details:
  • Camp Newtown: For children entering Grades 1-5 in September 2025
    • Location: Newtown Elementary School
    • M-F, June 30 – August 8, 9:00am-3:30pm (No Camp July 4)
    • Pricing 6 weeks:  R $1290/NR $1480
    • After Care: Mon - Fri, Jun. 30 – Aug. 7, 3:30 - 5:30 pm (no aftercare on the last day of camp - 8/8)
    • Fee: R $545 / NR $625
  • Adventure Camp: For children entering Grades 6-8 in September 2025
    • Location: Newtown Middle School
    • 4-day: M-Th, June 30 – August 7, 9:00am-3:00pm (No Camp July 4)
    • 4-day Price: R $1560/NR $1800
    • 5-day: M-F, June 30 – August 7, 9:00am-3:00pm (No Camp July 4, August 8)
    • 5-day Price: R $1820/NR $2070
Important Reminders:
  1. Login to your NewtownFun.com account before registration opens to ensure your child’s grade is accurate. The grade will automatically advance on June 1, 2025.
    • If there are any issues with your child’s grade, please contact the Parks & Recreation Office before registration.
  2. Registration Process:
    • Online registration is recommended for the quickest process.
    • No in-person registrations will be accepted on the first day.
    • Camp spots filled rapidly in 2024—be ready to register as soon as registration opens!
Deposit and Payment:
  • A 25% deposit is due at registration.
  • All deposits must be paid by May 15th.
  • Late fees: A $150 fee will apply for balances paid between May 16-30.
  • Starting June 1st, unpaid balances will result in the removal of your child from the camp without a refund.
Camp Questionnaire:
  • This form will ask for contact info, allergies, medical information, shirt size, etc.
  • Will be emailed in mid-February and must be completed by May 15th.
  • Campers with incomplete forms after May 15th will be removed from the camp without a refund.
Additional Information:
  • The camp webpage will be available the week of December 30th.
  • Camp Beechtree & Playground Camp will be available early January.
