We take 20-30,000 breaths a day. How we breathe can impact our emotions, psychology, blood pressure, digestion, and overall health. This educational class will explain the mechanics of breathing and how to improve the mechanics of breathing to better your health. Participants will be given exercises and recommendations to improve their respiration patterns.
