Skateboard
Since 2006 The Skateboard Academy has been serving Philadelphia and surrounding areas with quality community style lessons. These lessons are open to anyone who is a beginner to intermediate level skateboarder. This program teaches beginners to intermediate skill levels in all forms of skateboarding. The lessons they learn on the skateboard translate into skill sets they can use off the skateboard as well. Students learn self-control, patience, perseverance, community, and commitment, to name a few benefits. These are an outdoor community skateboard lessons. Please be sure to bring water, snack, sunscreen, appropriate clothes for the season and protective gear. All participants will be required to wear a helmet! Please notify Skateboard Academy if you need to borrow equipment (helmet and or board) as they will have some onsite.
