In this class, we'll explore the various popular diets (Keto, intermittent fasting, gluten-free, lectin-free, Mediterranean, DASH, MIND, Paleo, etc.) and compare them with the USDA's MyPlate Healthy Eating model. We'll evaluate these diets for their safety, their effectiveness for weight loss, and the scientific evidence.
