This class is a full hour of fun designed for older adults of all abilities to get their hearts pumping and their bodies moving. We start with a warm-up, followed by low-impact cardio moves. We’ll incorporate handheld weights, resistance bands, and a small soft ball to strengthen all parts of our body, work on our balance and flexibility. Upbeat music will make you want to sing along and forget about the time.

Please bring light dumbbells, a resistance band and an eight inch soft (silver sneakers type) ball
