Research has shown that stretching improves both Flexibility and Mobility which in turn helps to improve your performance in physical activities, reduce potential aches and pains, decrease your risk of injuries, and enable your muscles to work more effectively. Join me and learn how to warm-up and stretch effectively for lifelong benefits.
