Art Camp with Miss Leigh (ages 7+)

In these art camps, students will create art projects geared around popular themes. Various mediums will be explored which may include acrylic painting, pastel, mixed media/collage, 3D design, clay (air, model, etc), watercolor and more! Icebreaker games will be played as time permits and campers will engage in positive peer reviews.
All campers should bring a nut-free snack and filled water bottle. Please “dress for mess”.
Instructor reserves the right to substitute a project with equal or higher value.
Animal Art
Unleash your creativity in this camp inspired by animals. Campers create a different drawing each day and various projects including a flamingo painting, designing your own rubber duck, Koi fish air clay figurine and wooden feather wall art.
Gamer Art
Level up your art skills with a camp inspired by video games. Each day, campers will create a different drawing pertaining to video games and various art projects including pixelated sculpture, mixed media video game scene, and menacing plant figurine.
Art of Kawaii
Translated to “adorable” or cute, this Japanese art style focuses on animals and food. Campers will create a different drawing pertaining to Kawaii each day and various art projects including a cat-ctus painting, air clay pizza slice, watercolor fruit and stuffed paper penguin.
