In this transformative workshop, we will dive deep into the art of improving posture and reducing stress. In our modern sedentary lifestyle filled with long hours of sitting and hunching over screens, it comes as no surprise that poor posture and increased stress levels have become common issues. Back, neck, and shoulder pain are on the rise, as are burnout and other stress related problems. But what can you do about it? Instructor will introduce you to the rich art and science of posture and muscle tension and how posture and tension are related to our emotional health. This workshop will be led by a knowledgeable wellness coach Aesha Tahir. Aesha is an exercise physiologist, human movement specialist and a nutritionist. Leveraging almost a decade of experience in the exercise industry Aesha, facilitates fun and engaging wellness training and workshops. She loves seeing the empowering transformations in clients through her programs. In addition to offering corporate workshops, she is a keynote speaker. Aesha is the author international best seller and award winning book “Unhunched: Discover Wellness Through Posture.” She is a health and wellness columnist for ROVA, Women’s Health, Fitness Trainer, and Personal Fitness Professionals.
