ADHD From the Inside Out - Practical Understanding that Leads to Practical Solutions 
This workshop is designed for parents/caregivers of children, teens, and/or young adults with ADHD. We will take you on a journey to further understand the neurobiology of ADHD, associated executive functioning challenges and actionable strategies that actually work. We will end with a Q & A session.

ADHD Interventions Workshop
ADHD symptoms can be broad and can vary based on the environment and contexts.  Come learn more about actionable interventions that help at home and in school.
