The Cheerleader Yoga Instructor is going to keep the practice a Beginner Vinyasa Flow that will be filled with a fun rhythmic agenda that pulses for result, strengthens the core, while also challenging the arms for optimistic outcomes! Positive Vibes – Positive Results – Positive Holiday Cheer! The main goal of this program is to feel good before the Weekend. Let’s prioritize our Health into the Holiday Season. Happy Holidays!
