This camp is enrichment program designed to help children build confidence, focus, coordination, self-discipline, and basic self-defense skills through age-appropriate martial arts training and structured movement. Each day, campers participate in guided karate and self-defense activities that improve balance, posture, listening skills, situational awareness, and emotional control, while learning respect, perseverance, and teamwork. Classes are led by Master Trotta, Karate World Champion, in a safe, encouraging environment where every child is supported at their own level. No prior martial arts experience is required. Activities are adapted for different ages and abilities, ensuring that beginners feel comfortable and returning students stay challenged. A martial arts uniform is not required for this program. Campers should wear comfortable athletic clothing suitable for movement.

Children will demonstrate basic karate techniques, coordination drills, group exercises, and age-appropriate self-defense concepts, giving families a clear, tangible view of their progress.
