Through gentle breath and movement, you’ll explore how ink interacts with the water’s surface to produce unique, one-of-a-kind prints. No prior art experience is necessary - just a willingness to experiment and play. Each participant will leave with finished marbled papers and a deeper appreciation for the calm, fluid nature of this centuries-old practice.

This class is for you! Lablast is a low impact, high energy workout that's great for all levels. Its a perfect blend of Ballroom dance patterns that anyone can follow and fitness with light weight training. No partner is needed. Its Dance Fitness using music from all artists, genres and eras.

T'ai Chi Chih is a gentle, mindful, moving meditation with many health benefits that may be taught seated as well as standing. This particular form is adopted by UCLA for research, demonstrating its effect on increasing immunity, improving sleep quality, and decreasing the symptoms of depression. It is widely accepted that T'ai Chi improves balance and lowers high blood pressure. Learning T'ai Chi Chih would be an excellent way to commit to improving your health and increasing your happiness now. Great for beginners and seniors.

Yoga Flow For Youth w/ instructor Aesha Tahir

Get ready to move, play, and chill! This dynamic class combines active Vinyasa flow, designed to help kids build strength, flexibility, and coordination in a fun, non-competitive environment. Through animal-themed poses, and interactive friend work, participants will explore their physical abilities while learning tools for emotional balance. We’ll wrap up with calming breathing techniques and relaxing guided visualization to help them feel empowered and calm. This is a fun and playful yoga class for kids of all ages. 

Flex & Flow Vinyasa Yoga Class for All Fitness Level w/ instructor Aesha Tahir
This vinyasa yoga class is a dynamic, breath-led practice designed to build strength, and flexibility while fostering a "moving meditation" experience for anyone. In this class we will sync breath with motion to create a steady, dance-like experience that transitions seamlessly from one pose to the next. It’s an experience available to beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Modifications are provided throughout to make the practice accessible to everyone allowing students to choose the variation that meets their current energy level and physical needs.

DIY Spa Workshop: Self-Care You Can Sustain
This hands-on workshop is designed to move beyond the idea of self-care as a luxury and bring it back to what it should be - accessible, intentional, and sustainable. Guided by Venessa Phipps, owner and formulator of DeGanya Aromatics, participants will create a selection of simple, effective self-care products while learning how to work with oils, botanicals, and other foundational ingredients used in bath and body care. This is an introduction to understanding what you put on your body, how to work with ingredients confidently, and how to maintain your personal care routines - even during challenging economic times. Participants will leave with finished products and the foundational knowledge to recreate and adapt them at home. This session is designed for beginners.

Clean with Purpose: Natural Home Care Workshop
Learn how to create effective cleaning products while gaining control over the
ingredients used in your home. This hands-on workshop approaches home care as a practical skill – one that supports informed choices, greater control over ingredients, and long-term household sustainability. The focus is not on trends, but on understanding what goes into everyday cleaning products and how to work with those ingredients safely and effectively. Guided by Venessa Phipps of DeGanya Aromatics, participants will create a small set of natural cleaning products while learning the purpose behind each ingredient and how it contributes to cleaning performance. Topics include the difference between acidic and alkaline cleaners, proper usage, and how to approach home care with greater

awareness and control. This workshop is designed for beginners and for anyone interested in reducing unnecessary additives in their home environment. Participants will leave with finished products and the foundational knowledge to recreate and adapt them with confidence.
