Start your Sunday with intention and energy! Join us for a special 60-minute pop-up Vinyasa flow designed to wake up your body and clear your mind. We will link breath to movement, building heat, strength, and flexibility to prepare you for the week ahead. Expect a spirited playlist, creative transitions, and a well-rounded practice that leaves you feeling empowered and refreshed. All levels are welcome—come as you are, leave stronger. Please bring to class: Mat, water, and an open heart.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR CLASS
Dress in clothing that allows you to sit comfortably on the floor. Bring a yoga mat. Feel free to bring a blanket, meditation cushion or pillow for your comfort. You can bring a bottle of water that has a secure cap.
UPON ARRIVAL
Remove your shoes and leave them outside of the yoga room. Place your phone on silent. Enter the studio and lay down your mat. Say hello to the person next to you and you might make a new friend.
