Residency
A resident, for registration purposes, is anyone who lives within the corporate boundaries of Newtown Township and pays taxes to Newtown Township.
Any person residing outside these limits will be considered a non-resident (NR) and assessed a fee accordingly.
Non-Residents pay "NR" fees. Non-residents are those who live outside Newtown Township and pay taxes to other Townships. For Example: Newtown Borough, Holland, Richboro, Wrightstown, Upper Makefield, etc.
