Tiny Tumbles GymnasticsTiny Tumbles is a mobile gymnastics program designed for kids ages 2 to 10 years, welcoming all skill levels. From balancing on the beam and swinging on the bars to bouncing on the trampoline, there’s endless fun to be had! Children will build essential gymnastics skills, tackle age-appropriate challenges and games, and explore exciting equipment—all in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. Our program promotes fitness, confidence, teamwork, and goal setting with every tumble and turn!Preschool Gymnastics (ages 2-4 years, 3-5 years) In Preschool Gymnastics, caregivers observe class from a distance, giving children the space to practice independence and strengthen their social skills. Music and props promote color, pattern, and shape recognition, help children improve balance and muscle control, and act as tools for introducing fundamental gymnastics skills. This class aims to introduce basic gymnastics skills, foster autonomy and self-confidence, emphasize direction following, turn-taking, and problem-solving, and nurture both physical and social-emotional development.Beginner & Intermediate Gymnastics (ages 5-10 years) Beginner Gymnastics is designed for children who have no prior experience or are still at the beginner level. This class focuses on learning and building upon gymnastics fundamentals, providing children with the opportunity to add to their repertoire of physical capabilities and channel their boundless energy in a fun and safe setting. Children glean new skills through age-appropriate games, challenges, and obstacle courses that promote agility, coordination, and concentration. Using digital devices like computers and smart phones affects your posture, metabolism and weakens your core muscles, just to name a few . . .This specialized pilates program is a fantastic way to combat the negative effects of sitting and using tech devices all day. Aesha’s approach to Pilates counters the impact of habitual slumping and spinal compression. In this pilates class you will strengthen your pelvic floor and abdominals, while stretching the tight muscles which leads to a hunched posture. This class is for all fitness levels. Equipment needed: Yoga mat, Comfortable clothes to move in, and a Water bottle. Sitting at a desk or computer all day takes a toll on more than just your eyes. Aesha’s approach to Yoga is an effective training to counter the effects of habitual slumping and spinal compression. In this training we will strengthen the spine, pelvic floor and abdominals, while stretching the tight muscles which lead to a hunched posture. This yoga will offer simple and practical asanas (poses) for every fitness level. This specialized Yoga program is a fantastic way to combat the negative effects of sitting at a desk all day. During this class we will work on addressing common muscle imbalances while having fun. Recommended Equipment: Yoga mat, Yoga blocks, Comfortable clothes to move in, and a Water bottle. Get ready for a deliciously creative camp! In this hands-on decorating camp, artists will design and decorate edible creations inspired by food, nature and more. Designs may vary.We’ll begin with sketching the day’s treats, which will later be colored and refined after decoratingtime. By the end of the camp, every artist will take home a personalized recipe book featuring the drawings of their finished creations. PLEASE BRING 12 baked unfrosted cupcakes (at least one chocolate or colored brown) with a tray/carrier to transport your creations home. * A few extra are always good for backup! MATERIALS FEE: $10 per student via Venmo or exact cash that day. ALLERGIES This class is designed for students without food allergies.
