Aesha’s approach to Pilates counters the impact of habitual slumping and spinal compression. In this pilates class you will strengthen your pelvic floor and abdominals, while stretching the tight muscles which leads to a hunched posture. This class is for all fitness levels. Equipment needed: Yoga mat, Comfortable clothes to move in, and a Water bottle. After this program you will hopefully have:

Vinyasa Yoga - Vinyasa Yoga Sitting at a desk or computer all day takes a toll on more than just your eyes. Aesha’s approach to Yoga is an effective training to counter the effects of habitual slumping and spinal compression. In this training we will strengthen the spine, pelvic floor and abdominals, while stretching the tight muscles which lead to a hunched posture. This yoga will offer simple and practical asanas (poses) for every fitness level. This specialized Yoga program is a fantastic way to combat the negative effects of sitting at a desk all day. Aesha’s approach to Yoga is an effective training to counter the effects of habitual slumping and spinal compression. In this training we will strengthen the spine, pelvic floor and abdominals, while stretching the tight muscles which lead to a hunched posture. This yoga will offer simple and practical asanas (poses) for every fitness level. This specialized Yoga program is a fantastic way to combat the negative effects of sitting at a desk all day. During this class we will work on addressing common muscle imbalances while having fun. Recommended Equipment: Yoga mat, Yoga blocks, Comfortable clothes to move in, and a Water bottle. After this program you will hopefully gain the following:
