This weekly movement & music class led by beloved Bucks County kid's musician, Lolly Hopwood, will have your little ones learning music basics like rhythm, dynamics, and mood.  Combined with lots of imagination and plenty of fun-filled movement activities, this class will also help your children to develop physically, emotionally, and socially.Instructor: Lolly Hopwood
 
7:30 PM - 8:30 PM    Gentle Yoga - Gentle Yoga
Sitting at a desk or computer all day takes a toll on more than just your eyes. It affects your posture, metabolism, risk of anxiety or depression and can lead to obesity, just to name a few . . .Aesha’s approach to Yoga is an effective training to counter the effects of habitual slumping and spinal compression. In this training we will strengthen the spine, pelvic floor and abdominals, while stretching the tight muscles which lead to a hunched posture. This training will offer simple and practical asanas (poses) for every fitness level. This specialized Yoga program is a fantastic way to combat the negative effects of sitting at a desk all day. Many artists use drawing and sketching to practice and improve their skills, experimenting with different techniques and styles. It is also a great way to relax and unwind, as it allows for a meditative and therapeutic experience.Each week, students will select from various objects to draw, with the option to choose others that may be available or finish one drawing out to completion with shading, color, etc. While these classes are at the pace of each student, suggestions will be offered, and an opportunity to share progress with the class will be provided.Whether you are a beginner looking to develop your skills or an experienced artist wanting to refine your techniques, these classes suit all levels. Acrylic paint pouring is a form of abstract painting using fluid acrylic paints. You don’t apply the paint with a brush but use gravity to move the paint by pouring, puddling, and dripping onto your canvas. It’s a lot of fun and a great way to spark your creative energy! DRESS FOR A MESS! Acrylic paint does stain, so please dress accordingly.* Ages 7 - 10 must be accompanied by an adult.Materials Fee: A $10 materials fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of class.Paintings will remain at the Parks and Recreation Building in order to dry. They can be picked up the week after class.

Its Dance Fitness using music from all artists, genres and eras. Class ends with stretching and balance work. Come join the Winter Fun of snow while staying warm inside. Learn about animals that live in the cold and investigate how they stay warm. Perform experiments to discover the fastest way to melt ice. This is a beginner’s class for anyone interested in the fascinating and esoteric world of Tarot. You'll learn all the meanings of the cards, combinations of cards, various layouts, and types of readings. The course is designed in 3 parts but this first class will still teach you what you need to do readings. Should you decide to continue to parts Two and Three, our explorations will continue with the symbolic meaning of the imagery, significance of the colors, the connect to astrology, and larger and more extended layouts. You'll learn the proper way to interpret the cards so that your readings are respectful and helpful to the maximum. Drawing and sketching are popular art forms that allow artists to express their creativity and ideas through visual representation. Many artists use drawing and sketching to practice and improve their skills, experimenting with different techniques and styles. It is also a great way to relax and unwind, as it allows for a meditative and therapeutic experience.Each week, students will select from various objects to draw, with the option to choose others that may be available or finish one drawing out to completion with shading, color, etc. While these classes are at the pace of each student, suggestions will be offered, and an opportunity to share progress with the class will be provided.Whether you are a beginner looking to develop your skills or an experienced artist wanting to refine your techniques, these classes suit all levels.
