Aesha’s approach to Yoga is an effective training to counter the effects of habitual slumping and spinal compression. This ½ day week long camp is geared for archer’s with skill sets from beginner through advanced. Archers will not only learn range safety, shooting techniques and how to successfully hit targets but will also enjoy the following activities: Moving balloon targets, 3-D targets, making our own target faces & quivers! At the end of the week archers will shoot in a real tournament for score and each archer will receive a bronze, silver or gold medal! S.S.A.A. will provide certified archery instruction and state of the art archery equipment including traditional recurve bows and genesis compound bows!All campers should wear closed toe shoes and pack water, a small snack and a towel to sit on. Like Creative Theatre, the students create the play, but we follow a basic outline as the play is built. It's a battle between Earth and Aliens. Can the world be saved? Aesha’s approach to Pilates counters the impact of habitual slumping and spinal compression. In this pilates class you will strengthen your pelvic floor and abdominals, while stretching the tight muscles which leads to a hunched posture. This class is for all fitness levels. Equipment needed: Yoga mat, Comfortable clothes to move in, and a Water bottle. After this program you will hopefully have:

Aesha’s approach to Yoga is an effective training to counter the effects of habitual slumping and spinal compression. In this training we will strengthen the spine, pelvic floor and abdominals, while stretching the tight muscles which lead to a hunched posture.
